How Our Login Security Works

To protect your account, Medical Collection Group uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This means logging in requires two steps to verify your identity.

Email MFA (Default Method)

Enter your credentials — On the login page, enter your email address and password.
Receive a verification code — After your credentials are validated, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your email address on file.
Enter the code — Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page to complete your login. The code expires after 10 minutes.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the verification email in your inbox.

Passkey MFA (Alternate Method)

As an alternative to email verification codes, you can use a passkey to log in. Passkeys use your device's built-in security (such as fingerprint, face recognition, or a PIN) to verify your identity.

Passkeys are faster and more secure than email codes.
Once registered, your passkey is tied to your device and cannot be phished or stolen.
You can register a passkey from the login page by selecting Alternate Passkey MFA.
